The online application fee for the SBI CBO 2026 exam fee has already been released. A total of Rs. 750/- is to be paid by candidates belonging to General Category as the application fee for SBI Circle Based Officer 2026 exam. The same amount is narrowed down to Rs. 0/- for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD category.

SBI CBO Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

The selection process of SBI CBO will be based on online computer-based test, screening, Interview, and Local Language Proficiency Test. However, the Bank reserves the right to conduct a written examination. The Shortlisting Committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, an adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted and called for interview. The decision of the bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

Merit List: The merit list for the selection of SBI Circle-Based Officer 2026 exam will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in the interview only.

Merit list will be drawn State-wise, category-wise. In case more than one candidate scores the cut-off marks (common marks at the cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order, in merit.
